I've been using regular Smoke tech Mega dual coil carts for a while and had no issues, bought a 3 pack of these and its a disaster. The first one I filled and let it sit for a while, added more liquid again let it sit for a while, hooked it up and took the first vape, it let a crack out of it and burnt a hole is the side of the wool, its tasted of burning since, it also feelings like I am sucking more air through it than vape, scared to open the other 2, maybe I should try and return them? Any one else had issues?

I ordered a regular ego Mega Dual carto from ecig city, and the fist one had poor vapor production! I was going to return the other two, as like you, I was sucking more air then anything. I broke open another one, as I was low on my Boge LR carts, and my experience was wonderful! Lots of vapor and that wonderful crackling sound!

Since then... I ordered 5 more from Vaporbeast.com, but this time, the (clear) ones! They have free shipping and I like the idea of a clear carto! I will let you know how it goes, as I should get my order this week! My understanding is, that their is a failure rate with all cartos, that's why most do not except returns on them, even when defective!

My suggestion is to break open another and give it a try...you likely got a dud!

What I usually do with those is I get a paperclip bend it straight and poke the sides a little bit (not too much) just to get the liquid saturated into the polyfill. It probably takes about 2ml of liquid to saturate it, make sure the liquid goes all the way pretty much to the bottom. Let it sit and watch for leaking out of the bottom (I tap it a few times on a napkin then clean up the excess liquid from falling through the middle) Vape it a few times and then what I do the next day so on and so forth is like put a little liquid around the foam once and works well for me.
