eGo One conclusion

I have been using an eGo One 2.5ml tank for 7 days as of today. I have went through 4 coils. It has leaked 3 times. I believe I have just ruined another coil due to the tiny tank and not being able to see where the juice level is at. It doesn't produce as much vapor as a Subtank mini or a Lemo 2. Air flow is not what I like. Too restricted for me and that's really saying something as I don't like tons of air. The tip gets hot even with a delrin bottom. You can't completely take it apart for a good cleaning. I'm just tired of it. These are the kinds of issues that would turn a new vaper off vaping. No one paid me to write this but if you feel the need, I'll accept.

What I get from your post is that you don't like the tank. I don't have a eGo One 2.5ml tank so I don't know its intricacies or performance window.

You left out all the pertinent details like where it leaked from, why it leaked from there, how many watts you were vaping it at, what ohm heads you had in it and why running the tank dry ruins a coil. You also didn't talk about what you tried to fix the issues.

Not trying to give you a hard time WonderDude, but it's all about the details with this stuff. Nothing in vaping is completely plug and play unfortunately.

That's a bummer Wonderdude. My experience is the opposite of yours.

I'm wondering if there aren't two tank revisions. I got an XL version (2200mah, 2.5ml) a couple weeks ago and it has larger view slots than ones I've seen in early reviews and I can see the juice level easily. No leaks whatsoever with either the stock 1ohm or a 1ohm CLR head (I ran each for a week).

I actually plan to get another (gotta backup what you like, right?)
