I own a Kanger Subtank Plus, Delta 2, eGo One 2.5ml with CLR coils, and rdas. These are my credentials. I like all of these (mostly) and recommend them to people regularly. The question I have is, is there a better rba for newbs that I don't know about that could help someone transition to a sub ohm setup? Like is the Lemo 2 so much easier than the Subtanks? This probably should have been posted in hardware but I'm only looking for a general consensus on who likes what for the easiest rba to use and learn from. Thanks all.

I generally recommend something inexpensive like an IGO-W for under $30. It has two posts, so the beginner can build a simple single coil, and then advance to dual coils later. I suggest something inexpensive so if rebuilding isn't something they like, they aren't out for a lot of money.

I got a nice little spot I'm in right now. Ask me again in a week and it will likely be something different.

I always found RDA's to be a PITA. Pulling the cap wasn't something I enjoyed and the chuff tops were to much for me. Flavor is never any better then a well built RTA. The well built part is important and on the builder. So for flavor I'm a tank guy for life.

Then my son (relax he's 30) got me into cloudz bro.

Now tanks can throw some cloudz don't get me wrong. But noting like what he was blowing.

But the stupid cap.

Enter the Mad Hatter!!!!

Easy to build. Three post while I prefer four but not a huge deal. Flavor is good, behind but close to my Silverplay base under Kayfun tank daily driver.

But the cloudz bro!!! Its fun. And the flip top makes it easy. Still to much of a PITA for outside the house use but at home I use it none stop.

Works great on mechs. Its mostly on a Cherry Bomber. But a high watts VW is where it really shines. It has the airflow to really crank it up. I've had to to 100w but thats to much for me so 40w is about right.
