I wouldn't wanna use a built-in battery for doing any resistance lower than 1ohm. You will be risking your life.
Know your ohms law and what type of resistance you're targeting, If its in a range within the battery specs(amps/mah) then it would be totally fine.
Using the Ego One Mega. It is good except for heated tank issues. Not suitable if you want to chain vape for maybe 10-x puffs. Even lesser if you're using sub ohm. Sub ohm works fine for me. Hope this helps. 
otherwise just get a kanger starter kit. Heard it's good, personally getting their clearomizer to switch with my Ego's tank.

I received mine and I'm loving it. As they said, it does get a heated up tank, and you might not want to chain vape with it, but the flavour is amazing and the amount of vapour is really nice. I'm only using the 1 ohm and I also bought the CLR coils (rebuildable) and this made it even more convenient.

Well, I got my Ego One Mega and I'm loving it. I also bought the CLR coils, best thing ever. Maybe my next kit will be the Subbox mini kit.
Ya the CLR is so easy to rewick and rebuilt...loving it also...

The CLR coils were so great, that I just got myself a VENTI!! They are from WISMEC but it's like a sister company to JOYETECH. Loving it!
Got one too.. The mod is great ,u can do temp control and work with diffrent kind of coils.. Bought extra tank so i can standby w diff juice..others tried my joytech asking wether i used afogger juice ,nope i told them its the standard issue..but i did a trial and error with my CLR .. (Buy xtra in case)for me the taste is excellent but ive tried it with my friend TFV4..it was way shiok mann..overall for my personal use is great for this joyetech evic VT ..its not a beginner nor its a pro ... But u need to fiddle with it.. To get use to it ..

How many puffs can one take using a ego one Mega? how long should one wait before firing it up again? FYI sub 0hm 0.4
