Need help. My ego one Mega tank cannot open out to refill

Hi all. My ego one Mega tank could not open out to refill the juice. Any one here experience the same issue also? Any method to open out the tank?

Lol what do u mean cant open ? I have a ego one mega tank too but no problems with it. Maybe u can try youtubing ego one mega tank and see how they refill perhaps you're doing it the wrong way ?

Not cannot open.. is closed too tight.. happened to me once . You don't have to close it too tight.. just finger tight

There's 2 ways now.. either u use 2 pliers, one holding each side and open.. remember to use a cloth in between to protect the tank.. otherwise u may try using a metal rod .. insert into the air hole.. and try to turn it out.. the metal rod act as a lever .

I do not know if soaking in hOT water helps to expand anot.. u may try also.

Mine also stuck..i use rubber glove to open it..youtube have the video..juz normal kitchen rubber glove

Ya u need a really firm grip to open it once it's stuck.

i manage to open it out buy using rubber glove. i tank really dont have to close too tight.

Was advice to have it hand tight will do.
Maybe don't screw too much next round ?

My mini n mega always get stuck as well. Juz use a plier will do ...
