Last night my eGo passthorugh suddenly seemed to be stuck on. I immediately detached the atomizer and USB cable, then did a thorough alcohol cleaning. I have since charged it, and it reads 3.7v on the tester. When I put an atty on it and press the button, however, it just blinks 4 times. Then when I unscrew the atty, it immediately blinks rapidly 5 times. I've tried two atties on it, both of which work fine on other units and read correctly for resistance. Has anyone else seen this issue?

The exact same thing just happened to me with the ego PT. Worked fine since I got it about a week ago and then it overheated from switch to tip while sitting there charging. Luckily I caught it in time before it exploded or caught fire. It could have been atty related, or perhaps switch related. IMHO I think the switch is to close to the heat source. I am certain that the battery is either dead or unable to close the circuit due to the switch/circuitry being damaged. In which case it's dead.

I've connected working atties and get four blinks from the switch but no vape. When removing the atty the switch blinks 5 times. This battery, is an ego battery so it does not have the 5 click on/off as a feature.
