OK, my DH, a non smoker but heart in a good place has just ordered the following for me to try

Slight problem, I know absolutely nothing about these since I use 808's, he said he was sick of me complaining about my batteries not lasting the day at work and heard this would.
a few questions
1 - Does it leak?
2 - What spares should I demand he buy me?
3 - Since this is only a single battery just for me to try and see if I like this system I'm hoping that for say a month I can manage with just the one but what is this '5 click' thing they mention.
