Ego T Adapter - no draw

I just received my Ego T adapter but unfortunately, even though it fires, the airholes are completely blocked. I referenced the Provari page and noticed that there is a fix to this by turning the center post on the tank end with a small screwdriver, Here is where my problem lies, there is no slot on my center post. It is as flat as the Provari end. Am I missing something? Hints? Suggestions? Or am I reading something wrong? I tried loosening the atty but can;t get a draw and make contact at the sane time.

I had to loosen the center post on the adapter end not the tank end, just be sure that you hold the bottom of the adapter in place or it will spin around and the center post will not move, about a quarter turn was all it took
