It sounds like the center pin on your new battery may not be making contact with the T3S any longer. Maybe screwing the battery in for a charge depressed the center pin? Try pulling it out a little bit (it's the goldish or silverish part in the middle of the battery top) with a paper clip or some small tweezers. Just a little bit.

Remember when connecting your devices that they don't need to be tightened down, just screwed in to the point of making contact.

Hope this helps!

I have use both T3s and T3S clearomisers. I didn't bother with the MT3.
Sometimes, the centre contact won't quite touch the inside of an eGo battery.

Only two choices really. 1. Pull up the centre pin on your battery. (I hate this....a bit scary)
2. Pull down the centre pin in the clearo.

or screw it on a bit more...but be careful...

I usually try to modify the topper not the battery. The battery is only going to take the post readjustment a few times and then it
    s trash.

To do that you need a pin and insert it in the air holes in the screw threads and scrape the connector down.

I've always had a gap between my cartos and battery, it doesn't look nice and isn't as sturdy, but it works.

edit- what he said^^ ( took too long to post),

Update: I have tried pulling up the center pin on the battery ( very carefully ) and this seems to have worked :) ....i also tried swapping the t3s head with my evod head which also worked as they are very similar...i think the reason for the original problem was screwing the battery in too tightly to the charger as Notorious2again mentioned earlier but i would like to thank you all for your advice and help :toast:
