Ego-T battery fault

The blue light of Ego-t goes off ( after few seconds time ) when i plug it into the charge but still the light blinks when i tried to smoke. The blue light can light up without blinking when i press without the liquid filling part. i brought it 3 months ago. Please help me to sort out this fault

Have you left it on the power supply a bit longer to make sure it's fully charged?

How long did it take on charge for the light to go off?

I don't understand this statement "without the liquid filling part". Anyway...


A blinking light on an eGo battery means one of two things:

• The battery is low on a charge and needs to be recharged
• The coil in the tank has a short circuit and needs to be replaced

Think she is saying it says fully charged after a few seconds but won't fire her tank. First clean all the connections, if that dont work try a different tank, if that don't work try pulling the pin out a tiny bit. Sounds like it's not making connection. Either saying it's fully charged because it's lost connection or it is fully charged and just a bad coil.

One of mine did the same thing but mine a wire popped off so the "center pin issue" didn't work. The pin can be pushed in to far, in future just turn the tanks on with two fingers lightly till it stops. Tank don't need to be screwed on tight. My first one still works so some are just pourly built as well.

3 months on an ego the life of your battery is probably junk anyways and you'd need a new one. Mine is 5 months old, get about 1 hr of vape time and 2 hours of charge time lol. My new 650mah lasts twice as long as my old 1000mah twist at 3.2v.

Dip a qtip in some alcohol (I keep a small prescription bottle with alcohol just for cleaning vape gear). Get as much of the alcohol off the qtip as you can, so that it is damp, not saturated. Clean the top of your battery where it connects to your topper. Clean your charger where it connects to the battery. Make sure contacts are dry before you connect the battery to the charger.

Try a different coil. Dud coils are a fact of life if you are using premade coils. We have not had a great deal of problems, but we have received a dud coil once in a while.

If that does not help, you may need to use a pin or a small screwdriver to pry up the center pin on your battery. MAKE SURE THE BATTERY IS TURNED OFF if you are using something metal. Gently pry up the center pin a little bit.
