My daughter ordered me an eGo-T battery, and when it arrived yesterday, I put it on the charger. 18 hours later, it still wasn't charged and since I took it off the charger, it flashes constantly. She read on another thread that the battery pin might be too tight, so we tried to gently loosen it by lifting slightly with a pin. Well, the pin came out completely, still attached to the wire, and it's still flashing. We can't get the pin back in no matter what we do. We know we voided the warranty, so she ordered me a new one. The problem is, we can't get it to stop flashing, and it's getting a little warm. Warm battery is bad, right? We can't just throw it away. It might start a fire? Can it explode? I am holding the wire down with a tooth pick (we tried to use it to shove the wire back in the hole so we could try to get the pin back in - that so didn't work), and that makes the flashing stop, but we can't keep it like that until it just completely dies, can we? Please help.
