eGo-T branded 1300mah battery - works only with 510 cartos

Picked up a 1300mah eGo-T battery from an ECF supplier. My 510 LR cartos are doing great. However, the eGo-T standard atty does not fire. Any atty or carto that screws onto the outside threads are not making contact, and thus, aren't firing. Only the cartos that use the inside threads do well.

Bummed, as I have the new Mega Dual Coil cartos and was hoping to give those a try on this extended size battery.

Apparently, the battery contact is too low and does not touch the atty/carto when the outstide threads are used. Any tips on filing the post down, or adjusting the parts so that a connection is made?

You might be able to adjust the connector in your atty. Use a dental pick, bent paper clip, or such to insert slightly in the hole and gently pry up. Rotate as you work it up and try to keep it centered. This is a common problem with trying to match up Joye eGo stuff with things that come from other companies that are "supposed" to work with them.

I think is the perfect, cheap solution.
Sometimes the center pin (or pole) lowers a bit and needs to be raised.
