Ego-T carto's

I have an ego-t on its way to me, probably delivered tomorrow. I am interested in maybe getting some cartos to make it easier? Where can I get them, what do I get? Can I get empty ones that I fill myself with my juices? I hate trying to clean cartos because it takes them FOREVER to dry, or at least my experience with them. Now, I am over 3 months in to vaping, but I am still a noob. I need exact information as to what I need to get.

Any 510 threaded cartos should be fine to use on your ego t. I just got boge 3 ohm cartos from liberty flights to use on my new ego t.

Are Boge just a name brand? I know the bigger the number of the ohm, the lower energy that is needed to heat it up, but do I want LR or HV?

Yes Boge is a brand. Lr carts tend to give you a bigger throat hit while the higher ohm ones will tend to give you more flavor and a cooler vape.
