got hooked up by my vendor with qty 20 (free) new black hard gasket carts with the window in them. I've only ever used the soft gasket carts. When I refill I pop the gasket out, fill it up and pop it back on. These new hard gasket carts don't seem to pop off. I tried everything but a pair of pliers. Are they supposed to come off or are you supposed to use a syringe to refill. Not really looking to carry a syringe around with me. Any help is appreciated. Has anyone been using hard gasket ego-t carts and have a lil advise?
