This happens eventually I find. Sometimes the "spike" in the atty itself has the wick set too low or too high. I am told you can fiddle with it by pulling it out or push it in, but honestly, I have tried and I still get juice towards the end. I find that if you keep it above 30% full you won't get juice in the mouth at all.

Still kind of a hassle and defeats the purpose in my opinion

This woman describes the issue perfectly!

I've not seen the Ego T tank, but I do use the 510 tanks. I had a problem with juice getting into my mouth as well. Inside of the 510 tank there is a round baffle similar to the cap at the end of the mouthpiece. Removing it with a paper clip stops the fluid in the mouth problem completely. This inner baffle traps moisture up near the sucking end of the tank.

Take a look see inside for what I'm talking about and remove it if there is one.

Drawing too hard can cause the "fluid in the mouth" problem.

When you smoke an analog and want more smoke, you draw harder. That brings more air through, the cig burns harder, you get more smoke.

But if you try that with an PV, you don't get more vapor. You're drawing the air through faster, but that's giving the juice less time to heat up and vaporize. And you're more likely to draw some unvaporized juice into your mouth.

Longer, slower draws will help with that.

Glad to hear that works with the Ego T Tony. If you find you have leakage problems down at the atomizer/battery end, try using 70/30 PG/VG juices. Just a little thicker to avoid leaking, but still wicks perfectly.

I've had this. I assumed it wasn't a leak but just condensation from the vapour (mainly due to it's thickness/gooeyness). One night I had an endpiece come right out after absently picking at the mouthpiece. This is when I figured out they were removable and there were two "caps". Now I regularily pop the mouthpiece end cap off with a paperclip and then get the inner cap out also after about five tank refills and dry them off with a folded paper towel.
