So I have a 1000 mAh ego passthrough (of the t generation, though I always dripped and now mostly use a Vision Clearomizer, 2.2 ohm).

The past couple days, my battery has been acting funky, it still works, but when I press the button it can delay for a second before it lights up and runs current to my clearomizer.

I do have a backup battery, but I was just curious what might be up with mine.

Is it possible for the Ego T Passthrough batteries to be flooded? (I am not familiar with them). Also, is it possible that the connection between the battery and the atty is gunked up, causing a poor connection? A poor connection would explain the issues you are having. How long have you had the battery? Have you ever measured its voltage? That usually indicates something more than just age, especially if it is still putting our power that is within spec to run the unit.

Its not a new battery that is for sure. It will be a year old in July. Hope it can make it that long. I am not sure about the connection to the atomizer being poor, I have experienced that before and I still get a light, just really weak current and poor vapor. Maybe some internal connection? I have had a battery go on me like that before (the internal contacts lost their elasticity and would not hold contact with the battery).

It just seems like a more internal issue, I should check the voltage though, good thing my work has a multimeter.
