EGO-T Upgrade 18650 MOD

I am using one now and it does not have any vent holes. I have heard, but not seen, that there is one with a vent hole.
i always wanted one of those. can anyone also confirm that the CGR panasonic 18650s fit in this mod?
I got one in the mail and plan on using the panasonic CGR18650..I will let you know then if no one else responds lol
I have one and confirm that it does not have any vent holes. I removed the end cap, removed the glue, then just press fitted it back on. In case of any significant pressure it will pop off.
I believe there is a vent hole in the screw on tail cap

Nope, no hole in the end cap. That is why I removed and reinstalled per above.
I have the EGO Epower 18650...been vaping it for 3 weeks and love it. It does have a vent hole in the bottom screw cap. It is by Smok tech... not Joye. Got it at Tropical Vapors.
Note that in the picture the tube is stamped "UPGRADE" and has a hole in the bottom of the tube.
So far I haven't found a battery other than the Trust fire 3000mAh that doesn't fit. I love my eGo T mod...use it all the time! So far I have 2 power heads (just in case) and the silver, red, copper and white tubes. Great APV!
What the heck. Here's a pic...it's the one on the right with the 3 tubes next to it.
Joyetech always makes good stuff, strange that they would not have made a vent hole, don't you think?
In case you ever need the info I posted to you in another topic, the name of a battery also provides information. IMRs are a little shorter than Protecteds, and a 18650 means that batts diameter is 18mm and is 65mm in length.
A 14500 means that the batts diameter is 14mm and 50mm in length.
A protection circuit will always add a little length to a battery, don't forget, maybe a mm.
This gets you in the ballpark at least when you are trying to decide what batteries fit what.
Mechanical mods, use protecteds. VV mods with electronics that act as fuse protection people use IMR high drains
