Ego T with CE5 :(

I just got my new Ego T with the CE5 clearomizer and while it works, its not the best.

Question: The OMG kit I got a while ago from V4L came with what they called a tank cartomizer. Its a cart with holes at the bottom that fits inside a tank with a drip tip on the top. After using that for the last week, I have come to really appreciate the performance of the unit. The problem is its 808 threaded so it wont fit on the Ego (plus the tank was massive and held like 6ml, wouldnt look right on an ego)

Are there similar setups for the Ego batteries? Maybe a little smaller?

Oh sure - lot's. Just about any place that sells hardware or cartos will have these. It isn't so much that the tank is special, but it's the carto that slides into it that needs to have a different thread. 510 threading in this case for your eGo batteries. Unless there is something really odd about the tank you already have you could just order some510 tank cartos for the one you already have. But if you want something smaller you will want to get a 3.5 ml tank size. Make sure you specifically order tank cartos that will have the needed holes punched in them.

If you need vendor links let us know. But seriously, I can't think of any place I order anything from that doesn't carry basic carto tank setups.

SOme of the better glass tanks that people recommend are the IBTanked and Phiniacs. THey are a tad pricey but they are high quality and glass so no worries about what juice you put in them.

I recently picked up a 5 pack of boxes of Boge XL for the X16 prepunched cartos that is (5 boxes so 25 cartos) pretty cheap from sure vapes. While I was there I picked up a F17 catro tank (plastic skinny tank) and a Pyrex DCT tank. Both take the same cartos I bought and were not as pricey as IBTanked or Phiniacs. I love them both. The pyrex is glass for my tank cracker juices and the F17 is small and slim and great for on the go.

I also picked up one large and one small 5 pack of the plastic DCT tanks from fasttech. Dirt cheap but toss the cartos that come in them. Tanks are good but the cartos are terrible.
