I've read a lot of posts praising the ego tank system and was wondering if anyone had tried it on a true 3.7V mod battery? Is the atty only suitable at an ego voltage? Is there any readout on what resistance the attys are on average? I'm assuming 5V would be just too much and may burn it like a LR atty?

I used my tanks on a 6v ( not suggested, too hot) puresmoker V3, and on a proVari at 3.9v, where it performed with excellence. I used a 510 battery charger adapter to do this. we juggled the voltage around before we found the 'best' setting for it, but I liked it so much, I am thinking about getting a vv mod now.

I have run a T-atty for a few hours on my Infinity at 4.5v with no issues. Not to say that it won't ultimately shorten that atty's life, but so far, so good. For my mods I still think a MAP tank is a better answer and am just waiting for COV to get them in.

Using the T on the ego is good, probably the best all-round setup I've used so far. It can be a little weak in flavor now and then.
I tried my T on a flashlight mod I made for an 18650 battery. Using the T on a true 3.7V unit really brings it to life. Full rich flavor with no burning taste at all. It was very consistent for the half hour I did it. The only problem is the size and the look of it. I need to come up with a smaller mod to use with this thing all the time.

It was a terrible mistake to start this thread, now it's one more item for my shopping list, 
so far limited to a Darwin, Provari, EGO - T attys and carts,

I realized last night that my V3 has an option to use as a 3.7v if I change the battery to a 17670 instead of the cr123a batteries I am currently using..... guess what I am ordering on payday.....
Well, supposedly I have 'saved' $1603.58 by not smoking- probably spent all that on vaping stuff though- oh well, at least I have avoided more than 3000 icky sticks!
