eGo-T's Battery & Atty Doesn't Work

hello guys i bought an ego-t bundle from healthcabin.net, the first atty i used didn't work since the first try, today 11 days after i got the ego-t, the battery doesn't work anymore,i think that it has problem (it turns on and off whenever it wants)

how can i do?, can i do a returning?

First try blowing it out and make sure the end of the battery and end of the atty are clean and dry. Fold a bit of tissue and get down in that circular valley between the center post of the battery and the threads. If anything was wet that could cause those problems.

Other than that I don't know. Your kit did not come with a spare atomizer? You always need to have spare atomizers. Atomizer is the part most likely to fail since it is a heating element.

Maybe someone know if Health Cabin will do exchanges. Meanwhile, if there is anywhere in your country that sells normal 510 attys and 510 carts or drip tip, or 510 Boge cartomizers (or other 510 cartomizers), you can use those on Ego-T instead of the tank atty and tanks.

thanks dormouse for the earlier answer but i know all the things that you said, i think the battery has a short circuit from inside it, i dont want to open or modify the battery or the atty, that's because the warraty

Contact healthcabin.net. They should have a 30 days warranty on batts.
