I wouldn't recommend trying to fix it. I would toss that one and get a new one. They're relatively cheap. I'm pretty sure it could be done, and you could solder the wires back on, but I would never trust that battery again. You do not want to risk having the battery blow while charging and start a fire, or even worse, blow while you're vaping. Get a new one.
