So my battery separated from the device and the wires that were connected to the bottom of the casing have become detached. This battery has the twist at the bottom to adjust the voltage. Does anyone know how I can put the wires back on the circuit board???

I wouldn't recommend trying to fix it. I would toss that one and get a new one. They're relatively cheap. I'm pretty sure it could be done, and you could solder the wires back on, but I would never trust that battery again. You do not want to risk having the battery blow while charging and start a fire, or even worse, blow while you're vaping. Get a new one.
Unless you own a soldering iron and know what you are doing with wiring I would recommend pitching that thing. For $10 it isn't worth the risk of battery failure.
+1 to what Romano said. Do not attempt soldering on a lithium battery unless you are familliar with soldering electronics. There is a hazard and fire potential if done wrong.
