So far, I have bought 4 Twists, and have broke 3. Totally my fault, I keep dropping them, breaking the buttons. I'm looking for yet another replacement. Not sure if I should spend the $25 on a new 1000mah twist, or try something similar that's compatible with my tanks and cartos that I already have. Any suggestions? Do you know who might have the best price for another twist? Any info you can give would help me tremendously! Thanks!

$100 already wasted on EgoTwists...just get a Provari w/ extended warranty if $$$ is not an issue. :vapor:

If size is not a factor, I would just skip Ego/Kgo/Spinner since these aren't built to last. Depending if you want VV/VW, consider getting a kicked SB or some kind of mechanical mod (telescope). If you truely prefer an EgoTwist style PV, I would just buy the knockoffs for $20 shipped at VaporBeast here.

My lanyards are great. I keep two, one a regular Joyetech (works only when the clearo has a skirt on) and a lanyard that slips the complete battery when I'm using a Vivi Nova or CE3. 20 bucks might not be much but multiply it times.... and you'll ind that's too much to handle.

Pete Busardo reviewed this battery and I like it very much. Neat idea... Super eGo Variable Voltage - Black

Along with the Smok telescope mechanical mod....maybe you could consider e eGo T mod? It has two power settings (regulatef 3.4 and unregulated to 4.2), will fit all the carts/tanks you already have...including the Joyetech charger. The button won't break off and is sealed. All parts are replaceable cheap (power head, tube, and battery) Joyetech eGo-T Mod 18650 2200mAh Device - MyFreedomSmokes.com I love mine and use it heavily.

I've dropped one or the other of my two probably half a dozen times with no apparent ill effects other than scuffs, until tonight. Just dropped one in the kitchen, and it bounced off the the edge of a thick rug onto the hard floor.

I was surprised to find the bottom of the button caved into the housing, at an angle. I don't think that actually got hit, but I could be wrong. I'm guessing there's a small board that got dislodged in there.

It's in a baggie in a flower pot in my back yard right now. Not sure what I'm going to do with it, and it could be a hazard. I think I may try to open it up and take a look, but I'm too irritated to bother with it right now.

I wonder if a kick would fit into those 18650 eGo-T bodies....

It would help to make a lanyard/case for them. That way when you drop them they won't break. You can also fashion some kind of button protector for it to make the button flush with the protector....the old style batts that didn't have 5-click on/off protection used these. :)

Ive purchased multiple ego twists and vision spinners and after using both the vision spinner 1300 is the winner, it wins at battery life, and usability as far as finally being able to see the voltage marks ive only dropped mine a couple times and it seems to hold up well. The twists well ive had button failures and eye strain problems seeing the voltage marks but havnt had one come apart on me yet, a couple just stop working all together. In my honest opinion Vision = Winning!!!!

3.4? I heard it's more like 3.2 regulated... 18650 are so cheap here... Be it 3.4 and I'd definitely look for it!
