Question before I go back to the retailer. Just ordered and received a "JOYE ego-Twist" from Myvaporstore.com. I don't see a "Joye" logo. Looking back at their site I see the description says, " joyetech-quality battery", however, it clearly states in the heading and description that it is a "JOYE". "MVS" is etched on the bottom. Is this a knock-off? Isn't "JOYE" supposed to indicate the manufacturer/brand?

As long as it says ego-c Twist on it, I do believe it is original.
I got mine from VaporKings and it has their logo on the bottom as well. But I am pretty certain it is not a knock off.

joyetech-quality battery means that it is their quality battery made as a Variable Voltage Device.

"Imagine a joyetech-quality battery with variable voltage features. Vape at your desired voltage!"

It's a true Joye. Joye allows some vendors to put their logo on the end - cignot does this as well. TW also.... The whole 'joye quality battery' was part of the blurb when the Twist was new - "imagine a joye quality battery in variable voltage"... etc.

I just mailordered some "Smoktech 900's" from a vendor here in Canada and what I got in the mail was some chitty knockoffs impersonating the smoktech i paid top dollar for. The ones I bought in vapordepot have "SMOK" engraved on the bottom as the ones I mailordered have no logo, charge fast, discharge almost as fast and don't have the umph of the origional ones we have.
I assumed the website was going to sell me origional equipment but I was wrong and they aren't going to see any more money from me. Now that I've been once bitten I'm going to have to drive over a hour into the US to get the proper brand name and have to pay twice..paid for the knockoff battery and now 2nd time pay to buy the proper SMOK battery.
