eGo Twist Low Ohm?

Is it dangerous to use a low ohm (1.2 ohm) coil on a Ego Twist battery?

I'm just a bit worried if it fails or explodes...

I've used a 1.5er no problems. I think you'd be ok at low voltage but I'm sure a vet can tell you better. Sorry I can't help more than my own experience :/

The general rule of thumb is add 2 to the ohms and that's the voltage you want. So, using a 1.2 ohm coil I wouldn't go much above 3.2 - 3.3 volts.

Yep ok I recoiled my Phoenix with cotton and managed to get a 1.2ohm coil. Since the Phoenix is small it looks good sitting on a ego battery so wanted to check that was ok before I got too carried away with it. Getting g good clouds
