You want to get a pass-through for you battery. I'm guessing you have a 510mAh?
There are, my friend has one. It does depend on the vendor that your battery came from. Some are compatible with pass-through's, some aren't unless they're specially "pass-through batteries"

This one should do the trick, there are plenty others if you look around. eGo USB Wired Sealed Battery Charger

EDIT: I TOTALLY READ YOUR QUESTION WRONG. As far as I know, they have not made those yet. I may be wrong..your best bet is to get a 510mAh, which are cheap, for now..let me know if they do end up making/or have those. I would LOVE one.
Hope someone else can be more of a help!

My tanks work with the eGo battery, so please keep that in mind if making a recommendation.

Most of the vaping I do is at my PC. I'd like to find an adapter that let's me use the USB port directly so that I don't need a battery.

Has anyone made one of these?

Yep. And they're cheap too.

Looks like this:

Do a Google for "ego variable voltage usb passthrough" and you'll come up with tons of links for vendors.

Oh yeah, they need a powered USB port and at a fairly high level of juice so I popped over to Amazon and got a 2 amp USB wall adapter. Like, oh, one like this: USB Wall Adapter.

Or if you have an iPad wall adapter, that'll work too. They're 2 amp adapters.

as others have stated, yes the usb passthrough does exist. do be careful if you see battery with passthrough compatible. The reason I say this is the KGO (EGO clone) vv first version says this but I learned it draws from the battery and recharges it at same time. Fir heavy use, the battery drained on meand began overheating. Never will I do that again. just get a regular passthrough and you will be fine. you can even use the car plug to operate it without any problems (person from my work place does that and only uses a small EGO battery when out and about.
