Janty carries them obviously but I'm not sure about their stock. Heaven's Gifts also carries the Joye ego usb. There may be others but those are the only ones i know about now.
For the record - I LOVE mine. (I bought it from Jantyworld.) When I say love, I mean that I'll cry when it dies.
I bought the stainless ("silver") thinking I'd just use my black ego cone with it, and immediately had to go buy a stainless cone (and curvy - awesome - drip tip) from goodprophets.com to complete the look. It's just slick as hell, not to put too fine a point on it.
