eGo vs eGo-T

Hey all, I'm debating which one of the ego's I should buy. Right now I'm using a KR808d-1. I'm quite happy with it but I'm starting to have battery lifetime issues. At work I don't vape much, only during breaks, so its not an issue, but when I get home, I vape a lot more. It wasn't a problem at first but now I sometimes go through 2 batteries. Today I even managed to empty a battery before the other was changed but that might be becouse the other wasn't charged fully.

Anyway, I'd like to buy an eGo becouse they have nice large batteries. Now my problem is, I've only used my KR808 and the cartomizers that came with it so I don't have an idea what the differences between carto's, tanks, cart + ato...
Are the ego-t's much better? Or just different? They are considerably more expensive than the regular ego but I assume that is becouse of the novelty.

All info would be greatly appreciated

If there is a post already about this please direct me to it. I have looked around but haven't found one. Lots of reviewing one or the other but not comparing them.

You can always get the ego-T and get a box of cartomizers. That way you can do everything- use the tanks, cartomizers, drip, etc.

I love the ego and the battery lasts all day. Some people love the eGo-T, some have issues, so I hate to recommend it 100%. When it's working properly, I love it. Like right now! When I get one of those burnt hits, not so much. You have to baby it a bit. It could be the way I vape. I take really deep, long hits I think.

Yup just like what swedish said. Get the Ego, Tanks, Cartos, 510 atty and a drip tip. 3 diff ways to enjoy. They all work on the ego as long as its a 510

That's not a bad idea actually. All pieces are interchangable right? Also, with a 901 to 510 adapter piece, can I use my KR carto's? In that case I won't even need to buy carto's.

I was going to answer that but I actually ordered adaptors from two different vendors and couldn't get them to work. Maybe it depends on the KR808 that you have.

to be honest ive used the egot T for some time and dont really rate it and its something ive really wanted to work for me but it doesnt, i prefer clearos to anything else out their.
i would go for the standard ego and buy some clearos as the egot T is overated in my books.

Yes, the eGo is the way to go...same battery, and you can use the standard filler carts, drip into atomizers, use cartomizers (or clearomizers), the new tank system, etc.

Great battery life, and the interchangeability (and low cost of the other parts) is what makes it so popular for a lot of us.
