I have no experience yet with the ego-w, as mine are in the mail as we speak, but I am very curious about the issues you are having. Is this condensation inside the inner pipe that vapor is drawn through? Does blowing all the liquid tat has accumulated in there resolve the problem? Also, how often have you run into this issue? Which ego-w did you get (who did you order it from) and does this happen the entire life of the carto or just near the end of its run?

OK, my ego-w stuff just arrived and I have been "vaping like a research monkey" since I tore open the package. I have also gotten juice in my mouth. What it seems to be is vapor condensing inside the mouthpiece. If you get any moisture in your mouth or detect any gurgling at all, take the mouthiece out and blow it out into a tissue or rag. This seems to have taken care of the issue for me. I will keep playing with my w and let you know how it goes.

Hi,

I gave up on Ego-W. It was too much hustle and I had juice in my mouth several times a day. I even made some "juice stopper" from old ego tank cap inserting the round piece of rubber inside the tip but this didn't stop the liquid as expected.
I have observed that if you put the rubber piece in carto slightly more inside you will get the dry hits, on the other hand if you don't push it slightly not to the end you will have juice fountain in your mouth. I believe this is the design failure. Never mind, I went for CE4 PLUS and I love it ! try it.

Cheers.

I see you resolved your problem, but I've been using the -W/F-1 clearos for over 3 months with only the occasional 'juicing'. IMO, it comes from condensate. If I make sure continue to draw on the mouthpiece briefly after I've released the button, this issue goes away. Never had to modify any of the F-1s. Some of them have been in constant use for over 3 months.

Just my experience.

I have also noticed what CountSmackula stated above. If you clear the vapor out of the mouthpiece, the problem isn't as bad. I, however, am taking a different tack here. I think that this is predominantly related to the shape of the mouthpiece being used, so I have ordered an 801 drip tip to replace the stock mouthpiece. The drip tip that I ordered is an open design so I'm hoping that it'll clear this up.

I will post back once I get the tips in and let everyone know if that solved the issue for me.

I was looking through my box-o-vaping-stuff and ran across some old cartocondoms. Sliced off a little bit and inserted it in the mouth of the w, then slid a drip tip from a tank in there. NO MORE JUICE IN THE MOUTH!

Here is what it looks like all put together:

Just chain vaped it until I beat the wicks and got a dry hit several times in a row and no juice in the mouth. To me, it's official.. this was caused by the tip design.

I'm out and about at the moment so I don't have the pics handy to pm you. I cut a slice of cartocondom to make a tube and inserted it into the mouth of the wmizer. I then slid in a standard 510 tank drip tip. It works acceptably when at home, but out and about, the tip comes out and it is a royal pain. Looks like I will just have to wait for the 801 drip tips I ordered to arrive.

Ok, my 801 drip tips came in from Nhaler, and they fit perfectly. Problem solved. I picked up this one:
Whistle Tip Drip Tips

But I think any 801 drip tip with an open design should clear those problems right up. If I were selling an eGo-W / Riva-T starter kit myself, I would definitely include a tip like that one. It basically erases the one achilles heel of these systems.

**edit** I accidentally a whole letter
