Ego XL atomizer problems?

I read there might be problems with the XL cartomizers for ego? Like leaks? Is this true?
The main reason I want to get them is because I heard the taste is better when using the XL atomizers.. is that true also?

I really want to know if these XL atomizers are better than regulars? should I get a low-ressy atomizer instead of the xl?
