So I just wanted to give some kudos to this supplier (not sure if this is in the right place or even if it's allowed at all...)

eGoCigarette.co.uk has a reasonable range of starter kits and a large range of juice. Nothing advanced here, just eGo batteries and a few clearomisers and cigalikes. Not the cheapest out there but certainly not wildly overpriced.

That said their customer service has been fantastic from day 1. An email tutorial on why you shouldn't hold the plastic bit to unscrew a CE5, advice on mix strengths with juice. A free replacement of all equipment when they couldn't identify which one the fault was in, phone calls to let me know when they'd posted things out so I was always informed and up to speed.

all in all I'd recommend again.

Point taken, i guess we shouldnt judge until we have tried.Myepack.co.uk and Mister-Ecig take some beating on both customer service and also prices !

I feel quite bad about my original reply. I shan't labour the point here, but it's easy for vendors to replace stuff and be seemingly providing good service to their customers (with returns etc) when they are charging double the going rate for accessories and kits.
The guys in the O.P. aren't the worst; there is a company that sells the myepack (double Kanger evod) £28.99 kit for £79.99. Nobody says a thing on the forums. If a coffee shop started asking £10 for a cup of coffee, the internet would kill the business overnight...but we let these companies off because "it's cheaper than smoking"... or whatever.
Price rules. If the cheapest don't have any customer service, then go up a level.

I guess I hadn't really looked at the prices enough.

Evod Clearomiser Myepack: £3.49, Mr E-cig:£2.00, egocigarette:£3.99 (on sale from £5.99)
Ego 900mAh batt Myepack: £9.99* Mr E-cig:£6.75 egocigarette: £11.99 *Myepack didn't have a 900mAh so I used the Evod 100 mAh as closest comparison

And all of the above with shipping: myepack: £15.43, Mr E-cig:£11.25, egocigarette:£19.97

And having now looked at a few set ups like this, I will avoid egocigarette from now on. Guess I was wrong there.
