Thanks, it just looks like it's in their enough to where it's not going to make connection.
I have an EHPro Kayfun Lite and the pin is flush with the connection. Is your pin up inside the 510 connection? Just out of curiosity, what mod are you planning to use with yours?
I guess if you are that concerned, find a screwdriver that fits the slot as best as possible, hold the positive block and the base together and unscrew that pin. It is very tight and will take some force so you have to be careful not to strip or bung up the head of the pin. It is only threaded on the top half, so once you get the positive block off, the screw should just push/pull out. When you get it out you may notice white plastic (delrin) threads inside the pin's airhole. Take something small and fish them out. Screw the pin back in holding the positive block in place. If you can get the pin to the place you think will work and the positive block is solidly held in place you should be all set. If the positive block is at all loose it may twist, touch the negative post and a hard short will happen. Depending on what mod you are using that could be a very bad thing!
