Anyone know the size for replacements or best match? These look pretty short. Look at the selection at fasttech I am thinking M2.5 4mm as a possible substitute?

You could try contacting EHPro. I bought a Pontus V1.5 from vapordna and had the center post screws keep backing out on me. I contacted them and responded almost immediately, given the time zone differences. But you could start there!
