    Horrible customer service. On the Phone 4hrs and 14 min.
    Customer service rep could careless.
    Billed my CC 3 times and still hasn’t shipped.

    I had a similar issue 2 weeks also ,i was number 47 in line, ahm hell no !!
    tried filing a ticket,but would not accept my login
    finally received a partial order yesterday,no idea when the rest will even ship
