Yep you can get anywhere from 100-0 VG, but this is for the "base" only. Most flavors have some PG so 100% VG isn't really possible.

I'm SO glad to hear you say that... a lot of vendors don't make that clear and it confuses a lot of people!!

(especially bad for folks who have a sensitivity to PG)
