I subohm with halo reactor, .5ohm and cCell ceramic, .9 ohm. I avg. 20 ml a day, just curious about how much
juice others use.
juice others use.
3mg of nic, I get my juice from vvv so it isn't too expensive. I used to chain smoke now I chain vape. What concentration of nic are you vaping at 20 ml a day, and are you making your own? If that's with Halo juice as well as their hardware, that got to get really expensive. I go through roughly 5 ml a day of a 12 mg juice.

if it works for you, that's what counts3mg of nic, I get my juice from vvv so it isn't too expensive. I used to chain smoke now I chain vape.
I think its the habit, not the nic. I did the same thing with the higher nic. I was wondering about vaping so much, if it was harming me. Thanks for your reply.if it works for you, that's what countsif you're worried about the amount, you could try vaping less with higher nic, if you feel like the nic is what's keeping you puffing. If it's the habit, not sure there's much to be done about that. As far as we know there's nothing wrong with high volume vaping.
The concern would be that you're increasing your exposure. Short term(5-10 years) we haven't seen any real ill effect associated with vaping VG, PG, nic, various flavorings but I'd wager most, if not all, of the studies have been performed on much lower volumes than you are vaping. Most vapers' main concern would be the flavorings, so if that concerns you there is always the option of lowering the flavoring in the liquid you use or vaping unflavored. For me, personally, if I didn't notice any ill effects and it was keeping me from smoking and I felt like I might return to smoking, I wouldn't be all that concerned.I think its the habit, not the nic.
