I'm new here, but I ran across a previous discussion thread on this forum, and unfortunately I was unable to reply to it due to it being closed. This other person also seemed to be having charging difficulties with this device. My question is, is the red indicator charge light suppose to be on at all times when it's charging? I purchased two of these for me and my husband to try and get off the ciggs (so far so good!!!!) two weeks in and still vaping
, I'm kinda glad this wasn't the only vape device I purchased since it's already giving me trouble, we got these as more of a "cheap backup" anyway. One of which works perfectly, it charges no matter if I plug it into a laptop or a wall adapter etc, the red light stays on while charging and will fire once finished, it will not fire during charging (but that's ok). Now, this other one..the blue light inside just flashes, the red indicator charge light comes on when you first plug it in for maybe a second and then it cuts off., (which makes me think its a defective battery). Keep in mind I've tried multiple chargers, including the one it came with (as well as wall charging adapters). I let it charge over night and it's still doing the same thing and when I click it 5 times to fire it on, it still does nothing. I'm wondering if maybe I got a dud, or if maybe its the protection on the battery. My thing is, I hate to send it back if it's not defective and may just be something about it I haven't learned yet... Any help would be appreciated..thanks!
