I just picked up the istick 20w today and put my nautilus mini on it. I use the 1.8 ohm bvc coils but my iStick reads it as 2.0 or 2.1. I know this is common and normal, but my question is this: when the ohm reader fluctuates between 2.0 and 2.1 the voltage is automatically adjusted as well. The actual resistance of the coil remains at 1.8 ohms so does the coil have a risk of burning out quicker since the iStick thinks it is a 2.0 or 2.1 ohm coil? I usually vape at 12 watts or 4.8 volts. Thank you for your response in advance!

Well, since it will be pulling more voltage through to maintain that wattage... Technically, yes. Will you notice the difference? Unlikely. Especially at the low wattage you're vaping at.

Also, mass produced coils do have some variation... So it is very possible that 1.8Ω coil could actually be 2.0Ω.
