Ahh, the joys of Redneck Engineering on a Sunday afternoon.

The eleaf Pico 75 has a 45mm length and a 22mm battery cap. This limits the device to tanks with a 22mm or smaller diameter, which in turn limits the deck size of any rba used with it.

I overcame this limitation with the help of an eGo/510 adapter and an eGo beauty ring. The adapter must have 510 interior (female) threading as well as the eGo exterior (male) threading. The beauty ring is optional--it's for aesthetic purposes only.

It ain't drop dead gorgeous, but it works. My devices register 0.01Ω additional resistance.

And, like all Redneck Engineeringprojects, it's cheap: Total cost is ~$5.00 from my B&M joint.

These also work well. $8.54 Authentic Clrane 510 Finned Heat Sink for Atomizer (5-Pack) 5-pack - stainless steel / 22mm diameter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Puts the tank approx. 2mm above the battery cap.

Even though all I have are 22mm tanks, I use them on my Pico's to save the 510 threads. When the threads on one of these start to go bad, I'll toss it and put another on.

Are there issues with the Pico threads, Rick? I'm a relative newcomer to the mod, and am wondering...

Probably not.

Most likely, the electronics will die before the threads give out.

Partly, I'm probably just being overly cautious. And partly, I just like how they look. :D

Got it (lol), and thanks.

You should get some of those rainbow ones that Kat uses to bling with. ;)

Don't tell anyone, but I kinda like 'em too.

Good find. The Pico threads are stainless so they should outlast the board.

Never gonna happen. What very little (minuscule) style that I do have takes a great deal of effort. I'm just naturally boring. :( That may explain why I'm still single. That, and my signature line.

Only caution with any of those solutions is if your are a temp control vaper, anything placed between the 510 on the mod and the tank may interfere with the accurate resistance readings the mod requires to do TC well. If you're a wattage/power vaper only, it doesn't matter.
