I recently ordered an RN4801 starter kit, placed my order and forgot to add some extra empty cartridges, so I had to place a second order and pay for shipping all over again. Less than 24 hours later I received an email notifying me that the starter kit had gone on sale shortly after I ordered it so they were going to send both my orders together and not charge me for the extra cartridges or the second shipping. A few hours later I received my conformation with tracking number. And this is just one of the experiences I've had with them....all positive. Check them out!
