I ordered from electronic-cigz.com, a vendor heretofore unknown to me because they were offering a hot price on my carto of choice, Boge LRs ($6.50 per box). When discovered as I was checking out that shipping on this order (which was less than seven ounces - yes, spiteful customers will weigh this stuff) was a whopping $7.50, I hesitated, knowing I could do as well or better elsewhere but ordered because they offered a seasonal discount and sold a small tube of NoAlox which I have been unable to find locally.
The order was placed on December 29th, and a shipping notice was sent on January 6th. Even with the holiday, I though a week to ship was a bit excessive, but I;m an easy-going guy. It arrived today, a full 10 days from the order date. Three other orders which were placed on the same day (including a custom juice order) all arrived last week.
Bothersome, but not enough to post a negative review.
What moves me to post here is that, despite listing the products as Noalox on their website and again by name on the confirmation and shipping notice, I received instead a tube of sticky, black stuff called GB Ox-Gard. Now, NoAlox may also be sticky, black stuff but I have nothing to which I can compare it. This stugff may be just as good but it's neither what I ordered nor what they promised I'd be getting.
In summary, $7.50 shipping, 10-days to deliver and substituting (or misrepresenting) one product for another without notification moved me to share my experience and shop elsewhere.
