Electronic-cigz is one of the best companies in the industry!

Electronic-cigz has some of the best customer service in the market. It is really refreshing knowing that these guys have your back if anything goes wrong whether it's their fault or not. I know for a fact they want every one of their customers to be satisified.

In my experience they went way above and beyond what I expected. Their communication is excelent, there products are top notch and their service is second to none. They have earned my business and my respect. I highly recomend them to any one that is looking for a company that cares about their customers.

If you give electronic-cigz a chance you will not be disapointed. I know that I will be a customer as long as I am vaping. They have great products and they are even better people. I wish there were more companies out there like them in any industry or market.

I am extremely happy with electronic-cigz, I ordered twice from them and I will continue to purchase their products.
Even when I was ordering some supplies, They let me know how much they had and asked if it would be ok to put some on backorder.

(Think how many companies would even mention that... I mean, come on, they would take your money 1st and when they get the money.. tell you that they have your order or some of it on backorder)

In which, let me decide if that was something I wanted to do. I did, and received my backorder. I even emailed them about my backorder, just to find out when it was going to be shipped... Low and behold.. it was already shipped.. gave me the tracking number... I mean come on people.. can someone else tell me at least one company that would do any of these things?

I am looking forward to ordering some products for my mother, as I want her to get off of analogs, and I sure don't want her to be disappointed in a product, and revert back to analogs. Which is the reason why I will order a starter kit and other misc things I feel she will need from this company.
