Well I've decided to throw caution to the wind and order an omega from Electronic Cigz. My mom bought me a remote car starter for Christmas and I'm going to take it back since it's not the one I really wanted. However with this cash I have to buy myself something since it was a present. I've tried several coupon codes that I found and they all say 5% off but on a $140 order they only subtract like $1.50. So is there a true coupon code, or will nothing work on the omega?

And one more thing, has anyone here purchased the 18650 charger from electronic gigz? It says it outputs 5.5v at 350mA which doesn't sound right to me. And a charging time of 9.5 hours for a 2200 mAh battery? The batteries they sell are 2400 mAh... Would I be better off buying Jack's new 3/3.7 volt charger?

Edit: It also looks like Jack has the same charger in black instead of white but he says it outputs 4.2v at 500mA...

You won't regret the Omega purchase. I've been using mine non-stop since I got it at the start of the month. The coupon codes explicitly state that they will not work for SB and Omega.

The 18650's do take a long time to charge, but really with them lasting 2 days (I swap mine out every two days), who cares?! Leave it to charge and walk away!

Enjoy the Omega!

I have those UF batts and TF charger from e-cigz that you're looking at. I haven't tried any others so nothing to compare them to. Vaping about 3ml a day and the batts last 2-3 days for me. The charger takes like 6-8 hours, on the back it says 4.2v and 500ma - FYI the 188 charger from Jack is better

PS: Dude, get a REO!

After doing a bunch of research on chargers and batteries. The Pila seems to be about the best one and fastest out there but is around $50. The Xtar wp2 is arguably the best of the budget chargers and similar in performance to the Pila.

I ordered a WP2 from here and got it in two weeks. Shipping is included in the price.

XTAR WP2 Charger for 14500/18500/14650/17670/18650 - - Flashlights, Batteries and more - Quality China Goods

I have the XTAR WP1 from the same place, good build quality and works great, if all you need is a single battery charger that would be a good choice, but the WP2 is a great dual charger.

Well I ordered the charger that they have on electronic cigz just to get me started, but I think I will likely pick up one of those WP2's eventually so that I can charge my 18650 batts from my portable power pack without having to use the inverter. It's nice when you can use the 12v socket and not have to change the current to ac then back to dc. Thanks for the link.
