Hey. Anyone have any experience with the customer service at the above site? i have 4 emails in to them about a faulty atomizer. i have sent 4 emails now.

Indeed those prices are really high. $39 for a single ego 650mah+stardust v1 is pretty expensive. Not even a stardust v2 with replaceable heads and not even an ego VV twist.

Just found out they have a chat system on their website. I spoke to a lady about my dilema. In the end they are now shipping me replacement atomizers as well as a free bottle of juice.
It's been 2 weeks and no package for me (or my buddy in the same boat). I sent them a reminder in case it was just forgotten as the chat was late at night. Will update the status as soon as I find out more.

If you bought from these guys don't go back, those prices are off the hook. Companies like this shouldn't exist.
If you paid via CC and it's been 2 weeks with no reply to multiple emails call your credit card company and get them to do a chargeback if possible. You'll have to jump through a couple hoops to do this, it may not be your thing.
Up top in this Subforum there's stickies to request lists of vendors. In the review section there's reviews, good and bad, of multiple canadian vendors. Use both these resources to find a vendor that suits your needs. Juice shouldn't cost more than ~15/30mL
I'm curious now, if you bought an ego kit through them is there a logo etched into the base?
