Electronics Parts Samples

I know that just about everyone knows and uses TI for 5v regulators
but i just found a list of a ton of places that also provide free engineering samples of electronic components

since getting samples from TI can be a bit of a pain, with their sales calls and all it might be something that people are interested in

there's even a source for switch/button samples

and a couple people that sell enclosures that might work, i haven't looked into them however
