Could be a glitch in their system as I know they have had some issues with the server but I have placed several orders form them over the last few months and never had an issue. Have you chatted with them or sent them a copy of where it got charged to your card or taken out of your account. They have always been quick to respond to my inquiries and always willing to help. you may not want to bash them until you find out wether or not they make good....right? Just my two cents. You may have already done all this but still worth mentioning. Also you may want to post this in their forum, So they have the opportunity to respond.
