somybox.com record breaking delay for orders ?

Ordered e liquid from somybox.com 24 Oct 2012 not only am I still waiting for this item they have never replied to my stream of emails.
Other orders have arrived from them -- slowly -- due to post.
They must get the record for poor customer relations

Somybox refunds me! Nothing else worked - sent them an email with a link to here - refund in 2 days - coincidence I expect? a shame as some of their stuff is good but 6 months wait is not good?

A simple policy

Use only four types of vendors for all your vape stuff. (1)An ECF registered supplier, or (2)A vendor who is often referred here (in a positive way), or (3)A vape shop B&M in ur neighborhood, or (4)A vendor who has been referred by some known to u, who has been using them and vouches for them / their stuff.

Hi, can you confirm the "their stuff is good" part of your post? I know it looks good on the website but have you actually received and used anything? I found a greenesmoking.com website whilst searching for 500ml bottles of Dekang tobacco then I was linked to somybox for checkout and payment by Paypal. Things then got screwed up - result was I have not yet paid and I'm considering cancelling the order: also wondering if their (very cheap) Dekang tobacco is genuine.
