What can I say about this company!! I will say customer service is awesome, A++. Granted I am not a vendor but I am a customer and when I am happy everyone will know it and when I am not so happy, yeah everyone and their mother will hear it.

This company cares about their customers and that I have to give props to, I have recommended this company before dealing with them just by their prices alone. Now that I am officially a customer I can honestly say they do care about making sure they meet and beat the customers satisfaction.

I totally recommend giving this company a try if you haven't already. Thank You Jason!!

I want to elaborate on my experience with this company cause if there were 10 stars to give to a company for customer service this company would get them from me!!

I ordered a 5v pass through. I received it and it didn't work properly. Well I seriously thought it was because I wasn't giving it enough power, so I ordered a 5v 2amp usb power supply. Well that didn't help. So I contacted the vendor and I explained what was going on with the pass through. The owner contacted me FAST with apologies and the comment that he is sending out a replacement the next day. Awesome!!

Well you guys I got the package in the mail and they not only replaced the pass through but they also made up for the bad one by adding an extra in. How awesome is that. I sincerely would never cheat anyone and never would harm a company at all cause I know that there will be problems sometimes with mechanics. I love the fact they owned it and replaced it without hesitation.

Imho vendors that own their mistakes (which will happen) and try their best to make up for them will go far. These guys are great in my eyes and I am glad to have them as a vendor.
