I just got my Elegant Easy in the mail today?
I can't seem to get the cone to go on with a cartomizer on the battery. I am using the CigEasy Gold Label carts. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

No worries JustJes, You've done nothing wrong!

The cone attachment is often a snug fit at first though can easily be modified for a smoother fit and will glide on over any cartomizer without further incident and it can all be done with a simple adjustment!


Take a pair of scissors pointed end downward through the opening of the top end or apex of the cone until closed scissors make contact with inner edge of cone and twist. The metal to metal will help shave a little off the inside brim and expand opening.

You can also (optional) stretch opening at top of cone even more by pulling the scissors upward a bit and attempting to open scissors thus, putting just enough tension to expand the steel slightly..proceed to rotate cone and repeat to ensure an even stretch.

Try again with your cartomizer of choice and you should notice a difference with very little to no friction. Repeat process if desired effect is not achieved.

The idea is to create a little more surface area within apex of cone that will allow cartomizer sticker to not get snagged or torn when attaching cone after cartomizer is attached.

Now you can enjoy your New Elegant in style!
