250-550 posts pick 1 winner 4 the predator.
So that means we gotta get above the 250 post mark to qualify for them to pick 3 winners..is that right..don't know how contest being run

That's the way I read it too but in the original post it says only 2 posts per person. The 1st post is to select what you want and the 2nd is to tag people to join in the contest. I guess this way it's easier to wade through the posts for the entries.
