Try and up the VG level but what you should really do is lower you nicotine level from 6 to 3. That's your real problem. Also it's probably not the juice, it's probably just you. Sometimes your taste buds change and the slightest change makes a big difference when it comes to vaping.

My husband agreed about the flavor the other day, the reason for this post.

But it has happend before then, and now after where he says it tastes fine to him. So I think it does have something to do with me. Like, at this moment, it tastes like nothing to me. And I have a weird taste in my mouth. I think my taste buds are just going nuts. :(

Interesting you coils made such a difference. Did you switch to a completely different coil style or resistance (like parallel coil to normal coil, or .4ohms to .7)?

I ask because I'm experiencing a similar thing. My juices will taste great at first vape, but then lose flavor extremely quickly as I continue to vape. I'm running a .35ohm triple parallel coil and I was hoping going up to like 0.6 ohms with a slightly slower burning coil would help with flavor.

I kept the same dual coil setup, same amount of wraps, same .8 ohm reading. I get my Russian soon, maybe it will taste better on a tank rebuildable.

Sometimes if you do not drink enough water the taste of your juice will change. Drink lots of water and then drink some more. Also, the foods you eat can affect the taste of your juice. If it is dehydration it will take some time (hours maybe) for you to get rehydrated enough for stuff to go back to normal.

Does your husband get the same off taste using your gear with the same juice?

No, he thinks they taste fine. The only exception was yesterday my coil was messed up. He couldn't taste anything and once they were changed it was fixed. It was vaping very cool, we think it wasn't getting hot enough. I think I messed it up changing the cotton.

But every other time, he thought they tasted fine when I couldn't taste anything.

Yeah he's right. 2 or 3 weeks is prime time for your first vapors tongue. I remeber getting my first one and I was so ....... I couldn't taste any of my juices. I actually feel like I never recovered from that first one, maybe it's just me. Another thing other than water, take a shot liquor. Liven up your mouth, or eat citrus fruit or pickles. The best thing is water though. That and I would highly highly suggest switching to a dripper. Much more flavor.

I've been drinking a lot more water to help with it. Brushing my teeth even more often in the day now as well.

And I use a dripper, I have a Zenith RDA on a Nemesis mod. Have a Russian 91% coming in the mail now.

I have 26 gauge Kanthal A1, set up in dual coil for .8 ohm.
I drip on a Zenith RDA & Nemesis mod.

I'm sending good vibes your way but I'm certain everything will be okay. You're getting into the swing of all this vaping jazz and there are a lot of twist and turns. You just gotta find your middle ground.
